• staff members of sales team work every day, hoping we promote our products and could help customers with them. Now we have more than 400 customers using your special order springs. Nowadays we receive lots of orders from overseas. Our policy is to listen carefully to our clients needs and troubles. We can learn many things through working with our customers. We really appreciate it.
• We always try to respond as quickly as possible to any inquiries, not only to large-amount order, but also to order of one spring. Last year, we were awarded high quality award from 2 auto parts manufacturing companies. We always make sure to start production only after confirming requests and reviewing drawings. We feel very grateful when we obtain the words of thanks from our customers.
• We process a lot of orderings in our own unique production and sales management system. Even if the sales person in charge is absent, we always try our best to take care of delivery date changes or inquiries on production situation. These days we receive more orders of small lots, but we always aim to keep delivery compliance(100 %).
