Review requests and select a salesperson in charge of your company.
We confirm the conditions of use and environment, content of drawings, quantity, and delivery term.
At that time, we select a sales person in charge of your company.

Design Examination
We will examine the design of the spring based on your request.
We will propose if VA proposal is available and also prepare the drawings if necessary.

Confirmation by Customer
Please confirm the result of review that we inform you

Submission of Estimate
We will submit an estimate of the spring whose design has already been examined.
After confirming drawings for estimate, we can give you an estimate within 48 hours if it is for common compression, extension, or torsion springs. (Except weekends and holidays).

Ordering
Orders will be accepted via Fax and Email.

Orders accepted
We enter your order information on our production and sales management system, and issue the manufacturing instructions.
For repeatedly ordered items, we prepare standard operating manuals and in-company drawings.

Manufacturing and Inspection
We separate spot items and repeat items, and produce them respectively according to each quality guarantee system.
In the final stage of production, we operate quality inspection.

Forwarding Inspection
We will deliver products by international parcel delivery service or exclusive freight.
